Pickup is included free of charge from all hotels within Hurghada.
For travelers staying in Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Al Ahyaa, El Gouna, Soma Bay, or Safaga, pickup and drop-off are available for a small additional fee (€5–€10 per person depending on the location). To ensure smooth coordination and comply with local regulations, please provide your hotel name and room number in advance. If you don’t have the room number at the time of booking, simply write “N/A” and update us via email or WhatsApp later.
If you’re staying in a private apartment or villa, we kindly ask that you meet our team at the nearest hotel for pickup. Confirmation will be sent immediately after booking.
